Flower earrings inspired by flowers at Ihana Medini.

The jewelry was inspired by the designer Nina Jatuli's intoxicatingly beautiful Medinilla houseplant, which, despite my hard care efforts, died dramatically. I was able to draw a flower as a memory, before the last flower stalk withered.

The jewelry is made of Finnish birch plywood and is printed on both sides. They are laser cut in Alppila, assembled either at our studio in Punavuori, Helsinki or at my subcontractor in Pispala, Tampere.
